When do I pay?

We work with pre-payment only. Please make sure the payment is completed at least 48 hours before the first interview is scheduled to start.

Is there any minimum subscription period?

You can choose a monthly plan for 1 month only, and then stop after it ends.

Question 5

I have a Monthly subscription but I will not be able to use all the interviews for this month. What happens then?

Accepted Answer

All unused interviews will be lost. Because of this we recommend getting a smaller package, and getting a few extra interviews if needed. Chat with us about this here.

Alternatively, switch to an annual subscription for the flexibility to schedule interviews in any month, based on your hiring needs. The only restriction? All interviews need to be conducted within a year.

What happens when a candidate cancels their scheduled interview?

Accepted Answer

Interviews sometimes need to be rescheduled or cancelled, and we offer flexibility when that happens.

The candidate cancels the interview less than 4 hours before it begins. We charge you 50% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

The candidate cancels the interview less than 1 hour before it begins or does not show at all. We charge you 100% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

Do the Monthly 5 or 10 Tech Screen plans cover any tech leadership interviews?

Yes. They cover team leadership positions like team lead, IT manager, product manager, project manager, engineering manager, DevOps manager, QA manager, data team lead, security manager, infrastructure manager, and UI/UX design manager.

No. They do not cover interviews for upper managerial positions such as CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Director of Engineering, Director of Product, Director of Design, Director of IT, Director of Infrastructure, Director of Data, Head of Tech, Head of Product, Head of Design, or Head of Innovation.

I am not currently a client of yours but I need to conduct an interview within the next 2 days (48 hours). How can I book this urgent service from you?

Please either use our contact form to send us the request, or send us an email at [email protected]. Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours, but we usually respond within 8 hours. We will then have a short call and start preparing for your interviews. Alternatively, book a time to chat here.

Note: The urgent interview service is 50% more expensive than the standard service.

Since you are on one of our annual plans, you can schedule your interviews at any time during workdays throughout the year. For example, you can schedule all of your interviews within the first 4 months of using the service if this is what your hiring plan needs.

Just make sure you schedule your interviews within the year.

Can I upgrade my annual plan?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade whenever you need to. In this case, your organisation will only need to pay the difference between the two plans. Please send us an email to hello@assess.dev in order for us to process the upgrade.
