This is not a problem. The number of interviews which is included in your plan but not used on any given month rolls over to the next month.

It is common that sometimes interviews need to be rescheduled or cancelled altogether. We are flexible to an extend when such events happen.

The candidate cancels the interview less than 4 hours before it begins. We charge you 50% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

Yes. Growth covers team leadership positions like - team lead, IT manager, product manager, project manager, engineering manager, devOPS manager, QA manager, data team lead, security manager, infrastructure manager, UI/XU Design manager, and the likes of such positions.

Growth does not covers interviews for upper managerial positions such as CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Director of Engineering, DIrector of Product, Director of Design, Director of IT, Director of Infrastructure, Director of Data (Machine Learning, AI), Head of Tech, Head of Product, Head of Design, Head of Innovation.

To interview for these positions, we offer the Embedded plan.

Yes, you can upgrade. You only need to pay the difference between Growth and Embedded that month.
