We work with pre-payment only. Please make sure the payment is completed at least 48 hours before the first interview is scheduled to start.

Alternatively, switch to an annual subscription for the flexibility to schedule interviews in any month, based on your hiring needs. The only restriction? All interviews need to be conducted within a year (i.e. from 14 December 2025 until 13 December 2027).

The candidate cancels the interview less than 4 hours before it begins. We charge you 50% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

Yes. They covers team leadership positions like - team lead, IT manager, product manager, project manager, engineering manager, devOPS manager, QA manager, data team lead, security manager, infrastructure manager, UI/XU Design manager, and the likes of such positions.

No. They does not covers interviews for upper managerial positions such as CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Director of Engineering, Director of Product, Director of Design, Director of IT, Director of Infrastructure, Director of Data (Machine Learning, AI), Head of Tech, Head of Product, Head of Design, Head of Innovation.

You can upgrade without a problem. You only need to pay the difference between the 2 plans that month.

Note: The urgent interview service is 50% more expensive than the standard service. For example, if you choose our Growth Monthly plan, we will invoice €2205 instead of €1470.

Since you are on one of our annual plans, you can schedule your interviews at ay time during workdays trhoughout the year. For example, you can schedule all of your interviews within the first 4 months of using the service if this is what your hiring plan needs.

Just make sure you schedule your interviews within the year (i.e. 21 June 2026 until 18 June 2027).
