You provide us with their CV, cover letter (if submitted) and contact details.
Interview Time
We conduct the interview following the structure we have agreed upon - questions, tasks and scorecards.
We help each candidate show their best, and we always aim to support instead of catch out.
We provide exceptional interview experience which motivates the candidate to want to work for you even more.
Post Interview
Interview evaluation and candidate feedback are ready in less than 24 hours after the end of the interview.
