How to Book a Tech Interviewer
Three simple steps, from first call to completed interviews.

Book a call with us and select a job opening
Decide which open job position(s) you want to fill and interview tech candidates for. We can help you clean your job description and select the needed requirements if need be.

Join a kick-off call with our team
We meet online for 30 minutes to go over the requirements of the job description, to understand your needs and company culture, so we can craft the interview structure, questions, and tasks tailored to your case. Preparing the structured interview (questions and scorecard) usually takes 48 hours.

Send your candidates our way
We take care of scheduling the interviews with your candidates, so you don’t need any back-and-forth emails. Each interview lasts 60 to 90 minutes. Within 24 hours after each interview, you receive the evaluation, the report and the candidate feedback.
